Living with Plants & Herbs
Attuning to the ways plants meet the body through the seasons.
Plants move through the seasons with a clarity we often forget.
They emerge, flourish, recede, and return—each one shaped by the conditions of its time and place, carrying something of the moment in which it appears.
To work with them is not only to use them, but to observe them—to notice when they come, where they grow, and how they meet the body across the seasons.
This is a quiet record of those relationships.
A place to return to a small number of plants, encountered through the year, and worked with simply—in tea, in food, in the home, and in the body—attuning to the rhythms of time and place.
